Have you ever had one of those days that you felt as if a pin had been pushed into your ‘bubble’ and all of the good intentions, hard work, and dedication that kept the bubble nice and round was suddenly deflating?

That’s a little how I feel today. I’m coaching myself, hearing the soft whisper of my spirit remind me that the enemy nips at the heals of those who want to make strides in cleaning up his messes. But there are moments when I feel like I might get a really good chance to spread the message, bring awareness, and help others all of the details get sideswiped and the opportunity is gone.

Here is another thought that keeps me going: Just as many if not MORE people are affected by abuse than cancer…both important to talk about…both in need of a cure or prevention…both have survivors that need to know they are supported, taken care of, listened to.

Today this is what is on my heart. Please pray for me. Plus, I FINALLY heard from the IRS…after 15 months of having my 501 c3 application they are reviewing Hopeful Hearts Ministry. I have TWO WEEKS to get back to them with all of the documentation and answers to the 8 pages they have sent me in reply. They got over a year…I have two weeks or it gets dropped. Thankfully I have my dedicated board of directors helping and a few IRS savvy friends helping to boot. PRAISE GOD!!
Please pray this goes through that way I can begin to find funding for Hopeful Hearts Ministry and take it to the level I believe God intends – kicking up dust in the enemy’s face. 😉

I just need to get STARTED!! Augh! :(
I just need to get STARTED!! Augh! 🙁

Despite some of the above setbacks today I have enjoyed another wonderful day with my nephews. I even managed to teach the middle nephew, Jack, how to improve his swimming. Within thirty minutes he was able to do the lifeguard swim test! He was thrilled! Then he was doing flips off the diving board in 11ft water, going on the slide, etc. He was a new and confident kid…it was awesome to witness. 😉

Thank you for listening to my woes and showing up to pray for me and the ministry today!
Blessings
