It’s February 1st. Where did January go? 😉
My spiritual advisor told me to be ‘okay’ if I couldn’t deliver every single day of this year. Today is a day I will take him up on that offer. Mainly because either I failed miserably to recognize the moments or it was a day God gave to just be. 🙂 I didn’t sit around. I worked, wrote, had a hair appointment (important), ironed and washed clothes. That’s about it.
Tonight I have the opportunity to enjoy a dinner with three beautiful women who were in my young adult group. One just bought her own townhouse in Houston so we are going to celebrate this achievement. If something clever comes from the evening I’ll report it with my day tomorrow but as it stands I have to get up at 6am to be a part of the Steps 4 Students 5K with Seth tomorrow morning and I don’t see that I’ll want to ‘blog’ tonight.
