Today was a beautiful day to help souls heal. For two hours I spoke with a beautiful young woman this morning who was going through a pretty tough ordeal. To see her smile and walk out a bit more confident in her worth and value almost made this nasty cold I have dissipate.

After the morning visit I tried to get a few more hours of rest to knock out the summer cold blues but I found myself in that ‘guilt’ mode as I received email after email from my accountant helping me with the final touches for the IRS filing. It is almost complete thanks to Mark and Court!
God has truly given blessed me, and the ministry, with the best. My spirit is in consistent awe and wonder in watching God work His wonders to get something done. Keep praying all this comes through and Hopeful Hearts Ministry can expand in its effort to bring about hope to those who’ve suffered abuse.
In the meantime this summer cold is kicking my booty. Coughing, sneezing (runny nose)…isn’t that a NyQuil commercial? I can’t be sick! I want to see my friend in Austin tomorrow whom I haven’t seen in nearly a year. Summer cold, I ain’t got time for that! 😉
